Tender description

The project is for the refurbishment and alterations to: Exiting Gynaecology Department Provide a new waiting area, new patient assessment room, with associated services and offices. The refurbishment and expansion of the existing Staff Base to include works to the nurse call system, piped medical gas control, telephones, IT connection and the installation of a new access control management system . Alterations to the Dirty Utility Room and the upgrading of shower facilities throughout the ward. Existing Maternity Ward The refurbishment and expansion of the existing Staff Base to include works to the nurse call system, piped medical gas control, telephones, IT connection and the installation of a new access control management system. Remove existing baths for the upgrade of the existing shower facilities throughout the ward. Delivery Suite Works will include the remodelling and minor alterations of the existing physiotherapy department, extension of the existing hospital mechanical and electrical services, bed head services including piped medical gases, and redecoration and the provision of new flooring.
