Tender description
The Council wishes to appoint contractors who would be placed on two frameworks for a term of 10 months to carry out mechanical and electrical building services to the Council’s Estate. Details of how the contracts will operate are given below (Scope of Contract). A list of the properties for which the Council is responsible is given in Appendix I. The Council is therefore looking to appoint contractors with suitable experience in the field of minor mechanical and/ or electrical works.
