Tender description
NI Water has a legislative requirement through the Water Order to produce a Water Resource Management Plan on a 5 yearly basis (Section 70) and a Drought Plan on a 3 yearly basis (Section 73). NI Water published the most recent Water Resource Management Plan in 2012 and later in 2012 made provision in the PC13 Business Plan submission to produce a Drought Plan in the PC13 period.
