Project Description: A Building Contractor is required to undertake alterations and improvements to the ward areas of the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
