Project Manager Services Invitation to Tender for Project Manager Services The Commissioners of Irish Lights (CIL) are seeking the services of an experienced Tourism Consultant as Project Manager to drive and deliver the implementation of Phase 1 of the All Island Lighthouse Trail project, a cross border high quality tourism project incorporating five lighthouse sites across Northern Ireland and County Donegal, funded under the EU INTERREG IVA programme. Project Management which is the subject of this document will incorporate overall management of the delivery of the project and the provision of leadership and direction for the following key aspects of the initiative - Tourism, Commercial and Brand Development, Capacity Building, Relationship Management, Interpretation, and Marketing.
