AHDB Stand build and design, graphic design, production srvcs & AV requirements

Tender description

AHDB wishes to establish a framework agreement to provide a full turnkey solution provider covering stand build and design, graphic design and production services, along with sourcing any equipment that may be relevant according to the specification of the event, which may include elements of audio visual requirements. The successful suppliers will be expected to engage between AHDB and the venue/organisers to ensure completion of required outcome. The framework agreement aims to establish longer-term relationships with a reduced number of service providers to cover our domestic events. The framework will be for the period of 4 years and will consist of approx.3 suppliers. We are looking for suppliers who are experienced in stand build and design, graphic design and total start to end management, along with audio visual experience and knowledge. We require suppliers with attention to detail, meticulous planning and liaising from organisers to on-site services, suppliers and back again. Suppliers must be able to deliver a cost effective build and design, delivered on time and within budget, to a high professional standard
