Tender description

AFBI requires a Service Provider to design and deliver a Leadership Development Programme for senior managers within the organisation, to include the new EMT and the Heads of Branch reporting directly to them. The rollout of the Leadership Development Programme will be staged, commencing with the EMT and cascading to roles reporting directly into the EMT. The Leadership Development Programme will be a practical programme focused on developing leadership skills and delivering behavioural change. It is envisaged that it will contain a mixture of group work involving EMT and Heads of Branch together with executive coaching / mentoring for EMT members only. Regular feedback and benchmarking will take place through 360 assessment.
