Tender description

The Agri-food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to conduct a survey of households’ experience of access to Public Services in Northern Ireland. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded by end December 2011 and the survey must be completed by the end of February 2012. An interim progress report will be required by Friday 3rd February 2012. It is critical that these timescales are met and you should only tender if you can meet these timescales. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
