Advertising Placement Service

Tender description

The Housing Executive wishes to appoint a supplier to provide an advertising placement service to support its work. This will primarily consist of placing public notices in classified sections of weekly and daily Northern Ireland newspapers, and public appointments which are normally placed in recruitment sections. The appointed supplier may be required to place display classified advertisements, which will typically require an element of design or display type advertisements in specialist magazines. In such cases, the successful supplier will be required to provide a quotation for the design work in accordance with the hourly rates quoted within this tender. The successful supplier will also be asked to work with the Housing Executive to review and adjust corporate advertising templates as required. All artwork supplied or produced under this arrangement shall remain the property of the Housing Executive and be relinquished to them, upon request. As part of its responsibilities, the successful supplier will be required to record and track all transactions to facilitate the provision of management information, submit monthly performance reports within 14 days of the month end, attend regular meetings and provide any other reports or information necessary for the efficient and effective management of the contract
