Tender description

The aim of the Adult Learning and Employment (ALE) Service Commissioning process is to deliver a range of learning activities and courses that support Skills Funding Agency and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea priorities, at a range of locations across the borough, particularly in areas with high levels of deprivation. Against the backdrop of the recommendations being considered as part of the London Adult Community Learning Review we seek to ensure that our provision reflects the unique nature of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the specialisms of local learning and the needs of our borough residents.
