Tender description

WMCA is establishing a suite of Adult Education Budget Service Contracts through this procurement exercise, with a total estimated value of up to £4m for the initial 15 month period. It is WMCA's intention that contracts awarded will initially be awarded for 15 months (academic year 2019 to 2020), with an option to extend for a further year up to July 2022. The value of the contract extension is still to be confirmed. Lot Structure WMCA has split this procurement activity into three Lots: Lot 4 - Support for those in Employment Lot 5 - Birmingham Commonwealth Games Lot 6 - Coventry City of Culture Bidders can submit proposals for as many lots as they wish. For completeness, it should be noted that the lots in this tender opportunity are listed from 4 - 6. The reason for the lot numbering is to follow on from the award of lots 1-3 from the first AEB tender round that was undertaken in 2019.
