The contract is for the provision of The London Borough of Hillingdon's Adult and Community Learning Management Information System; the Council expects to be provided with a high quality solution to enable the continued high performance of its service. Identify a supplier that are able to provide required management of Information and the quality, quantity and format as stated in the present ITT document. Identify a supplier with whom we can establish long-term mutually beneficial partnerships. Identify a supplier that can provide the requested products, solutions and services in the specification and are committed to providing quality services consistently. A partnership whereby suppliers must meet agreed product and service quality standards, and strive with the support of London borough of Hillingdon to improve product quality/service levels on a continuing basis Manage the migration from current contract to the new contract.
