Tender description
The Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) is looking to appoint a service provider to undertake a survey aimed at measuring client satisfaction with aspects of ACNI’s service provision as well as rating the Council’s overall performance. A sample of clients will be selected across ACNI’s three main funding streams which include ASOP (Annual Support for Organisations Programme), SIAP (Support for Individual Artist Programme) and Lottery. This will provide a sample of circa 250 clients.
