Network Rail have an issue with the time it takes to obtain and handback a possession on the railway. Network Rail would like to begin trialling a tool from February 2023 of an access planning tool and we are inviting suppliers who have an off the shelf solution available to make contact. This notice is being published to gauge the level of interest within the market to provide this service to Network Rail. Anyone who is interested in providing this service is to notify Network Rail at the email address stated in I.1 of this notice by the 02nd of December 2022 and provide a high-level overview of your product available.
