Tender description

The objective of this Maintenance Contract is for Translink to secure a Contractor to provide maintenance, to all the Automatic Doors, Industrial Doors, Traffic Barriers and Auto Gates, and any associated minor repair works to be undertaken on Translink and NITHCO properties. The appointed Contractor should be able to perform all aspects of annual PLANNED maintenance to the Automatic Doors, Industrial Doors, Traffic Barriers and Auto Gates and also be able to respond to other associated repairs as and when requested. Shutter Maintenance Scope The scope of shutter works shall include but not limited to maintenance of the following: - 366 no shutters Gate Maintenance Scope 25 no as identified in Appendix B. Traffic Barrier Maintenance Scope The scope of traffic barrier works shall include but not limited to maintenance of the 23 systems Traffic Barrier Maintenance Scope The scope of traffic barrier works shall include but not limited to maintenance of the following 23 systems Automatic Doors Maintenance Scope The scope of works shall include but not limited to maintenance of the following systems and units – 106 The anticipated start date is Quarter 1 2016.
