Specification for tender for Consultancy Services to deliver Mentoring Services (Scandinavian Market) for the Access 6 – Channel Partner Development Programme. 1. Background - The Access 6 Programme This is an EU funded programme supported by three partner organisations: • Irish Exporters Association • Scotland Food & Drink • Northern Ireland Food and Drink Association The partners will also work closely with the State Agencies in each region, namely Bord Bia in Ireland, Invest NI in Northern Ireland and Scottish Enterprise in Scotland. The primary aim of this project is to enable a wide range of small and medium sized food and drink businesses to achieve listings in Scandinavia with a Channel Partner. It is proposed the programme will have resulted in new business listings in Scandinavia worth at least €3.7million by June 2015 and created an average of one new job per SME. The SMES on the programme will also be provided with the skill-sets, professional marketing assistance and logistical support to continue to successfully supply to the main markets in Scandinavia and other major international markets.
