Abbey Trading Centre (NITHC Estates Department) – Professional Services – Ref 001/0493/13 The Purchasing Department is part of the Finance Division. The Department performs a central core purchasing and purchase ledger (invoice processing) function for the Translink Group. The terms “Translink”, “Translink Group” and “Group” are deemed to be interchangeable in the documents relating to this procurement and for the avoidance of doubt each means the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company and all of its subsidiary companies including Citybus Limited, Flexibus Limited, NIR Travel Limited, Northern Ireland Railways Company Limited, Travel NI Limited, Translink NI Limited, and Ulsterbus Limited. Please note the PQQ.ITT return date & time of 1500 hours on Wednesday 12 March 2014. The aim of this exercise is to appoint a commercial agent to provide a suitable solution to NITHC commercial premises situated at the Abbey Trading Centre complex in Newtownabbey. The contract will be for a period of two years with two further annual extension options The anticipated start date is Quarter 2 2014. Dates may be subject to change.
