A National Framework Agreement for a Sleep Mask for the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy and Diabetic Macular Oedema The Countess of Chester Hospital (COCH) Commercial Procurement Service is setting up a single-supplier framework agreement for the provision of a Sleep Mask for for the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy and Diabetic Macular Oedema that can be utilised by NHS bodies and other public bodies. The framework agreement will allow NHS authorities and other public bodies to procure the sleep mask with no further competition. This will enable Trusts to act quickly in reducing waiting lists and improving patient pathways. Please download and view the Invitation to Tender and Appendix 1.
