Tender description

The Supplier is to provide a rental service to Network Rail, for a range Water Boilers and Water Coolers with an inclusive cost of on-going maintenance and servicing for the term of the contract. This is to be provided to Network Rail workplaces across each Route and Central Location (Eversholt Street Office and Westwood Training Centre). The Supplier shall provide the following products and services as part of this agreement: • Management and administration • Reporting • Invoicing • Helpdesk function • Professional installation services • Delivery of units and consumables • Labour, parts and replacement units • On-going maintenance service • Reactive maintenance service • Emergency call out • Management of health and safety • Account management The Supplier is to provide a variety of units including but not limited to: • Hot Water boiler; Wall mounted or Counter top with 5Litres capacity • Hot Water boiler; Wall mounted or Counter top with 10Litres capacity • Mains fed/ Plumbed in Point of Use (POU) Hot & Cold; Freestanding or Counter top Standard < 30 people per cooler • Mains fed/ Plumbed in Point of Use (POU) Hot & Cold; Freestanding or Counter top Premium >30 people per cooler • Bottle fed water cooler; freestanding • Tap dispenser; Hot and Cold water
