Tender description

Provision of Project Management Training courses. Project Management Training is currently delivered across Network Rail to various levels. In 2017/18 demand was identified with three main customer groups, these are split between: 60% Infrastructure Projects 23% Route Services 17% Digital Railway The Project Management courses are available to all Network Rail staff who may want to attend the courses as part of their current role, as part of their personal development plan or they may be nominated by their line manager. Courses are available on the Network Rail Training catalogue and are open for employees to register an interest. Network Rail Training is constantly adapting to changing training requirements and this continually increases demand for training, especially with the advancement of technology. We are therefore looking to invite external suppliers to take part in our tender with the aim of: • Increasing our capacity to deliver project management training to meet customer need • Building closer working relationships with suppliers to deliver Project Management Training on behalf of Network Rail
