** Procurement process to be launched Monday 14th October ** Network Rail are seeking to award to a single supplier for the delivery of Added Value Activity Training. The activity is a 5-day residential week including outdoor adventurous activities that will be delivered within the first year of each of the 3 yearly cohorts of Network Rail’s Rail Engineering Level 3 apprenticeship. Aims & outputs of the Sourcing Activity There are three core aims that the added value activity must achieve: - - Embed NR’s core values and behaviours ensuring that lifesaving rules and safety are paramount. - Drive professional skills and behaviours to give attendees a stable foundation for their early career development including communication skills and confidence building. - Coach and support peer to peer networking across the cohorts to champion collaboration and working as one team and supporting each other to do the right thing. The outputs for the programme are: - Certificated programme. - 100% attendance record for weeklong programme. - Feedback scores from attendees achieving 4*or above.
