Tender description

Network Rail requires an experienced and resourced event management supplier to provide the following activities both nationally and regionally: • Provide end to end event management services • Provide hire of AV equipment • The supplier shall be able to work in a devolved environment with requests for services both centrally and nationally across all functions and routes. • Project management expertise • Provision of account management • Production of any event collateral as required • Practical re-use of materials supplied • Provision of regular status updates including post event analysis for all work undertaken, where required • The supplier shall make available clear points of contact for the management of the contract to ensure consistency of the delivery of the brief
