Tender description

The Coastal Operations team faces increasing and competing demands whilst available resources are constrained. There is an understanding that the Coastal Operation teams are frequently required to work in a reactive way, albeit reacting on the basis of intelligence drawn from various sources. There is no consolidated evidence base to show how much resource (time and expense) is currently being used or should be used on the activities of the teams to achieve specified outcomes. A recent review has defined the key outcomes and deliverables for Coastal Operations team. Ongoing work uses risk based intelligence to direct management on the most effective way of achieving outcomes. However documented links between the levels of resources and impacts on achievement of outcomes are limited
