Tender description

Network Rail is seeking bids for the supply of legal services to support the delivery of its objectives for Control Period 6 (CP6) which covers the period from 1 May 2019 ‐ 30 April 2024. Prospective suppliers will be expected to partner with us to ensure we provide a first class service to both the National Functions and Route Businesses. Based on experience in CP4 and CP5, and having regard to Network Rail’s CP6 delivery plan and the strategic business plan for Legal and Corporate Services (LCS), the estimated legal spend for CP6 is c£14m per annum with an estimated contract value of £70m. Network Rail also has the option of two further years of extension, which would bring the estimated contract value close to £100m.
