Tender description

The University is seeking experienced Contractors to carry out various Building Works across the University. It is envisaged that Contract(s) and Framework Agreement will be let for a period of 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties). The Contract(s) and Framework Agreement is expected to commence 01st February 2020. Lot 1 covers individual jobs <£25k (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 2 covers individual jobs £25k-£150k (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 3 covers individual jobs >£150k - £1.2m (inc. VAT) in value. The Qualification section will be assessed on a pass/fail basis in accordance with the standard qualification questions implemented by PAS91. Mandatory Requirements are stipulated in the PQQ documentation.
