19-15 Print Management Services

Tender description

The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers for the provision of Print Management services. The Framework will be split into the below areas and tendered as three (3) Lots. Tenderers can apply for individual lots, any combination or all Lots: Lot 1 – Volume Print (Prospectuses) will be awarded to a single supplier. Lot 2 – Print Support (General Printing Services) will form a framework of a maximum of three (3) suppliers. Lot 3 – Informative & Promotional Display Print will form a framework of a maximum of three (3) suppliers Call-off for the services required under Lots 2 and 3 will be conducted by further competition. The criteria for the award of each call off Contract will be based on specifics for each project e.g. cost, programme, capacity, turnaround time for completion etc. This Agreement will be available for use by other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust. It is envisaged that this Framework agreement will be let for a period of three (3) years (with an option to extend for up to a further 1 year (subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties). The Framework/Contract are expected to commence 1st December 2019. The Qualification section will be assessed on a pass/fail basis in accordance with the standard qualification questions implemented by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)/Cabinet Office.
