The purpose of the pre-procurement market engagement event is to gather market intelligence from organisations that can deliver creative design and campaign management services to support Network Rail’s strategic, tactical and digital marketing requirements, and to seek feedback on how best to structure the Framework, tender and potential call-offs to meet both the market’s capability and Network Rail’s requirements. This is an opportunity for suppliers to feedback to Network Rail in an open forum and therefore Supplier participation is a key element. Network Rail will be holding a pre-procurement market engagement webinar on the 26th April 2017 (split into two or more sessions) with suppliers who express an interest in response to this PIN.
