17-23 Occupational Health Services and an Employee Assistance Programme

Tender description

The University is administering the Tender process in accordance with the provisions of EU Public Procurement Schedule 3 Social and Other Services of Light Touch Regime, CPV code 85000000. The aim of the project is to appoint one or more suppliers to provide Occupational Health Services to Staff and Students and an Employee Assistance Programme. The Tender is split into the following lots: • Lot 1 Occupational Health Services (Staff) • Lot 2 Employee Assistance Programme • Lot 3 Occupational Health Services (Students) The Contract duration for Lot 1 and 3 will be three (3) years commencing on 1st August 2018 with an optional extension of up to an additional twenty four (24) months. Due to funding, the initial Contract period for Lot 2, will be for a period of twelve (12) months; however there could be an additional extension option of up to four (4) years. The total Contract period could therefore be five (5) years. It is anticipated the commencement date will be 1st August 2018.
