Tender description

HFUTC is seeking to procure the services of a Specialist Cleaning and Site Management Contractor to ensure the provision of a clean, safe and secure environment for all users and visitors. To ensure that the site is opened and closed at the designated times, in the approved clean and safe conditions for occupancy and all other associated duties. The service also includes Feminine Hygiene and Clinical Waste disposal in addition to Key Holding and Alarm Response Services. Please note: there will be TUPE implications for the winning tenderer if they are not the incumbent. University of Wolverhampton are running this tender on behalf of HFUTC.
