Tender description

The University of Wolverhampton is looking to engage with a suitable Supplier for a cost effective service provision for Washroom Equipment and Related Consumables for all of its campuses and is therefore conducting this procurement with a view to putting in place a University Contract to cover this requirement. The facilities required include the provision, installation and maintenance of washroom equipment. There is also an opportunity to supply and deliver washroom consumables in respect of paper towel products and soap refills. Applicants must have a minimum annual turnover of £225,000, a credit safe score of ≥ 30, be a registered waste carrier for the items covered in the tender and if sub-contracting any part of the Contract corresponding documentation must be included. Quality management systems / processes must be in place e.g. ISO, equivalent or other. The contract period will be for the duration of five (5) years. There will be an option to extend this agreement by a further period of up to twelve (12) months (subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement by all parties). The maximum contract duration for this requirement is therefore six (6) years (5+1). All applicants will be required to register their organisation.
