Tender description
Ysgol Brynhyfryd – Refurbishment of Block 3 Denbighshire County Council intends to undertake the internal and external refurbishment of block 3 at Brynhyfryd Secondary School, Ruthin. The works consist of removal and replacement of curtain walling and windows as indicated, removal and replacement of existing roof covering including new insulation. Internally the creation of offices, student areas, IT suite, reception, kitchen facilities and dining area. External landscaping works to include new steps, ramps, repaving and extension existing paved area together with associated drainage systems.
