The delivery of AV services including event/project management services for physical and virtual events for Enterprise Ireland

Tender description

Enterprise Ireland are seeking event audio-visual service providers to work closely with Enterprise Ireland’s Event Management and Marketing and Communications Department to manage a range of physical and virtual events held in Ireland. The intention is to establish a multi-party framework agreement. The successful framework members will be required to provide a range of Audio Visual and associated support services to include, but not limited to the following: • AV equipment hire, advance project management, supervision and delivery, technical crew and all associated equipment and material hire for physical events. • AV equipment hire, studio rental, project management/delivery, technical crew, all associated equipment, and material hire for virtual events. • Physical events may require additional virtual elements (e.g., live streaming or other virtual engagement) • All pre- and post-production elements associated with the above Please refer to the Invitation to Tender document for the full specification of requirements.
