TC003 - Interpretation Services

Tender description

The tender is for the Provision of Interpretation Services to support customers whose first language is not English. These services include the written translation of documents and information, telephone interpretation as well as verbal and non-verbal language interpretation. The Council intend to appoint a provider to deliver translation and interpretation service which will be for face to face interpretation, non-verbal languages such as BSL, written translation and telephone interpretation. The Council will also seek a second alternative provider to use as a back up in the event that the main provider cannot fulfil a specific requirement.
