SD-WAN, LAN and Security Network Refresh

Tender description

Kirkles Council is issuing this PIN to alert the market of the forthcoming procurement opportunity for the SD-WAN, LAN and Security Network Refresh. It is anticipated that the procurement will be issued in November 2022 via the YORtender system at https://yortender.eu-supply.com. Interested suppliers must be registered on this site to obtain the procurement documents. This is an update to PIN (2021/S 000-009845) that was published on 6 May 2021 for the Network Refresh. Lot 1: Single source contract for the provision of SD-WAN, LAN and Security Network Refresh, with the option to include provision of Council and Public Wi-Fi and LAN support during the life of the agreement. The anticipated commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2023 for a period of 5 years. It is anticipated that the Council may extend the contract for up to two periods of 2 years (2+2), meaning the final possible expiry date is 31 August 2032. The estimated contract value stated includes the estimated cost of all elements of the service.
