Runnymede Borough Council (''the Authority'') requires work to be undertaken to replace existing uPVC, timber and crittall windows and existing external front, side and rear entrance doors to tenanted domestic properties within its ownership, comprising houses, flats (including leasehold properties), communal areas to flatted blocks, maisonettes and bungalows located in various roads in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey.
