Tender description

The purpose of this Competition is to establish a Framework with a maximum of 5 Framework members (each a “Framework Member” and collectively as the context so admits or requires “Framework Members”) to provide the Services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. The Contracting Authority is conducting this Competition by way of open procedure.
