Tender description
The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) wish to engage with a supplier to provide fixed voice, VoIP and associated services that support its existing telephony infrastructure, providing a reliable and resilient service. This will include installation, configuration, management, support, maintenance, billing and repairs. It is essential that the provision of the new service be as seamless as possible to the users.
