Choice Housing Ireland wishes to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent Building Surveyor Led Adaptations Consultancy Services to assist Choice in the delivery of a high quality Disability Adaptations service. The services will provide for all the necessary aspects of building surveyor consultancy from pre-inspection/survey and specification of each project to completion, post-inspection and defect rectification, quality monitoring and cost verification for submission of claims for reimbursement to DPG and defects rectification and statutory approvals in accordance with Choice’s regulatory and policy and procedural obligations. Adaptations are carried out on properties owned and/or managed by Choice throughout Northern Ireland and include sheltered, supported and general needs accommodation units.
