<p>Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Hospice Palliative and end of life care for Children and Young People. NHS North East London are seeking to commission a community-based Hospice and palliative care service for Children and Young People. Timely, high quality palliative and end of life care to be provided to eligible children, young people and their families. Key services required include: -hospice based day and overnight respite; step down care; symptom management; end of life care; hospice at home to include respite and end of life care; post death care and bereavement support. Personalised care planning and review, integrated working with statutory and community partners, development of transition support, and a focus on equity of access are key features of the service.</p> <p>Please refer to the draft service specification document for further information on the service.</p> <p>There are two lots:<br> • &nbsp; &nbsp;LOT A – Inner North East London<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;LOT B – Outer North East London</p> <p>The contract is a going to be for 5 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years.<br>The total contract value if extended is £7,280,000. (£1,040,000. per annum)</p> <ul> <li>LOT A - Inner NEL = £460,000 per Annum&nbsp;</li> <li>LOT B - Outer NEL = £580,000 per Annum</li> </ul> <p><br>To participate in the procurement, potential bidders will need to register their organisation on our e-tendering portal (if you are not already registered on e-tendering portal) (https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=5ad6acf5-1f60-ed11-811b-9f38301b3091) and express their interest by completing the attached Expression of Interest questionnaire. Interested organisations must download the expression of interest questionnaire. Duly completed expression of interest questionnaire must be submitted via messaging facility on this project on procontract.<br>If you have any clarification questions, please submit it via messaging facility on pro-contract.<br>Please note that any expressions of interests by any other means will not be considered.</p> <p>Please also note that the PIN is being advertised as a call for competition. The contract will be awarded without further contract notice.
