Prior Information Notice (PIN) – Provision of Flat and Pitched Roofing Works and Associated Services.

Tender description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to bid on the provision of flat and pitched roofing programmes and associated services. It is currently envisaged that the procurement will be divided into two main areas: 1. Flat Roofing 2. Pitched Roofing The scope of the flat and pitched roofing but may include but not limited to the following service provision; Loft insulation, Roofline, Chimney maintenance, Removal of tenants’ equipment. It is currently envisaged that the tender will be divided further into regional lots to be performed throughout Orbit’s operational areas across Midlands, Southern and Eastern England including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Kent, East Sussex, Surrey and South London – further details will be made available within the tender documentation. The value of the contract across all areas and regions estimated between £4m to £7m per annum (£16m to £28m across 4 years).
