Pre-Market Engagement for a Corporate Project/Program management solution

Leicester City Council is considering options for procurement of a corporate Project/Programs management piece of software which will enable the authority to manage project tasks from start to finish within a single solution. We are interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can meet all our key requirements. As a principle the council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible. Before commencing a formal tender process, we are keen to seek market information from manufacturing and installation organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform Senior Stakeholder decision making and shape the requirements in our specification. Solutions should be: • Fit for purpose and in line with current emerging technology • Expandable and flexible to cover future corporate change • Able to integrate with standard LCC Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc.
