Bracknell Forest Council wishes to develop supported living provision for adults (18+) with learning disabilities and autism so that people have local services that enable them to have independence and choice. This will be achieved through effective commissioning and partnership working that results in outcomes focused support, that is high quality, and delivered in accommodation that is well suited to the needs of residents. We are seeking to engage with the care and support providers in this market to help us shape our future supported living model and commissioning approach.
