Tender for the Provision of Security Services at Parkmore East IDA Business & Technology Park - Three-Year Contract 2023-2026 This is an E-Tendering process, and all tenders must be made - Issued in accordance with the E-Tendering Procedures/ before 12.00 pm on Friday 16th December 2022 clearly stating: “Security Services IDA Parkmore East Business & Technology Park 2023-2026 – Tender Documentation” with a signed PART 5 Form of Tender (scan) Duration of Contract: The contract shall be for a period of three years from 00:01am on 16th January 2023 to 12 midnight on 15th January 2026, with a formal review after every 12 months. Provision of security patrols cover for the specified hours, 7 days a week, 365 Days a year General: The Security Company is responsible for the appointment and training of the security officer, who must be fully conversant with Health & Safety requirements, reporting, access control and accident / incident issues. We expect, at all times, that the Security Officer acts in a competent manner ensuring a constant security presence at the site. In this regard, we expect each security officer to be proactive in their approach to the security standards expected on IDA’s park, estates, sites and buildings.
