Tender description
Invite consultants to undertake a full Open Space Assessment and Playing Pitches Strategy, as a single evidence base. The purpose of this work is to support the development and review of the Local Plan and the formulation of Local Plan open space and outdoor sports provision policy. This evidence base should include a full assessment of all open space in all areas of the borough, assessing open space quantity, quality, areas of deficiency, and accessibility of open space. It should also include an assessment of the current provision and future needs of open space, and the strategy for playing pitches in the borough.
