Tender description

The project involves the provision of modular office type accommodation of circa 123m2 comprising of a number of consultation rooms, WCs, stores and relevant circulation space. The contractor shall carry out all required site works for the locating of the new modular as well as the creation of car parking spaces. General electrics shall be provided within the building comprising of lighting, power, fire alarm, comms, data. Mechanical services shall comprise of wet heating system, plumbing and ventilation services.
