North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) (the Contracting Authority) who invite quotations for a suitable supplier to deliver a year-round, integrated, multi-themed communications and marketing campaign for the North East and North Cumbria. The aim of the campaign will be to increase awareness and influence behaviour around accessing and using a range of health services and to support people to stay well - with an immediate focus on the winter ahead. This quotation will be conducted via the NECS e-tendering system (In-tend) as such there will be no hard copy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and NECS, including tender submissions, will be conducted via the In-tend portal.
