Tender description
The London Borough of Hounslow and its partner Lampton Recycle 360 Ltd wish to enter an arrangement with a recycling materials broker, for the sale of sorted and mixed recycling materials into the reprocessing market while maximising the commercial income from the sales. The requirement of the broker service is explained below. It is our intention, through this invitation, to receive Business Plans from interested brokers.
