Framework Quantities and Budget It is anticipated there will be circa spend estimated to be in the region of between £500k to £1m over the course of the framework, this value cannot be guaranteed. The West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS FT (WMAS) is procuring on behalf of the National Ambulance Resilience Unit (NARU), a tender process is being facilitated for the provision of Safe Working at Heights (Swah) PPE that will provide national HART and Sort teams a compliant route to market. Also included will be all Fire and Rescue services across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
