Tender description
A requirement exists for the establishment of a panel of experts with a range of scientific, technical and strategic planning and development expertise to support the development and implementation of the new National Marine Research & Innovation Strategy, working title Ocean Knowledge 2030. It is intended that the Framework Panel will have broad knowledge and experience of marine research & innovation policy, and the Irish and international research & innovation system, allowing the Marine Institute to avail of expertise across a range of marine topics, and ‘enablers’ pertinent to the new National Marine Research & Innovation Strategy.
