EKFB JV - Storage Facility - (TD LCC)

Tender description

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 6.9km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 81 bridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation. EKFB are looking to purchase a temporary storage facility with a racking for the duration of the project for storage of Persona Protective Equipment, weather sensitive, criminal attractive stores, equipment, and other construction materials. This facility must meet the criteria set out by HS2 EKFB and comply with Health & Safety legislation, in line with EKFB duty of Care the of all personnel who operate within this facility. The following specification details the requirement for the LCC temporary storage facility or similar : a. PVC Steel Storage Buildings | Double Truss b. Size 230ft x 60ft x 24ft ( 70 x 18 x 7.3m) c. Automatic Metal Roller Shutter d. Fire / Pedestrian exits Entrances e. Storage racking system to fit i. 80% racking covering down each side. ii. 3 level tier racking shelves. f. Lighting g. Power supply connections for compatible with external Generator h. Installation of the Storage building
